    Waffle so good. Highly rcm try original and chocolate waffle, peach green tea. Also the store is clean, the staff are kind and enthusiastic, they give advice on the sweetness level for drinks if you need them. I really like coming here to buy drink because the service is amazing!!!!!! Great experience if you stay near the university.

    I love Gong Cha as a brand. I've tried Gong Cha along with many other bubble tea places, but I've always come back to their original Oolong Milk Tea with various different toppings. Their teas just taste superior compared to all other bubble teas out there. They are also experiment with new products all the time and I look forward to supporting their brand for a long time to come.

    I went and ordered the red velvet gingerman. The guy working there couldn’t find the caps for those bottles after trying to find for a while. Since i wanted it badly, he still made it for me in that cup and also gave me another drink on side. That was totally unexpected. Top notch customer service. He made my day. I was so excited to finally get my gingerman drink.

    I’ve visited this Gong Cha in the past usually during breaks between my classes. Workers have always been friendly when I’m there, and I’ve always gotten my drink with haste. I’ve never had a problem with this location, and with YorkU campus being a bit more crowded again, I’m glad that this place is still going by smoothly especially after peak hours after classes.

    It’s my favorite and first choice bubble tea store now!! they have creamy brulee and more tea base options . More than that,they have lovely stuff,the girl with cute cute long blue hair,always smile and brings a lot positive energy! I am a loyalty customer of this store now ,for some reason because they have great service!!
